In the undersea world the Spanish Dancer is a billowing red nudibranch or sea slug. When it moves it resembles a Flamenco dancer’s flowing skirt. Its egg skein is equally romantically name the Sea Rose as it attaches like a flower to the coral reef.

• The Mud Puddle is a favorite indulgence. You can make it using a shaker or serve it on the rocks. Just add Spanish Dancer chocolate espresso vodka to half and half with a drizzle of chocolate syrup to taste. It's like grown up chocolate milk.
