Bounty of Bordeaux for New Year's

Westport Winery Garden Resort will present a Bounty of Bordeaux Six-Course Winemaker’s Dinner on New Year’s Eve which is Saturday, December 31, at 6pm. Director of Winemaking Dana Roberts and the rest of the Roberts family will host this relaxed evening of conversation, food, and fine wine. (There will not be a mystery dinner theater for New Year’s.)

The evening’s menu follows:

Amuse Bouche (Appetizer): French Onion Tart

Potage (Soup): Vichyossoise (Potato Leek Soup)

Poisson (Fish Course): Verrine (Parfait of Avocado, Cheese and Salmon)


Entrée: Pork Tenderloin with Sauce Bordelaise with Roasted Potatoes and Asparagus

Salad: Lyonnaise (Fresh Greens, Crisp Bacon, Croutons, Egg and Vinaigrette)

Dessert: Chocolate Mousse and Coffee

The price to attend this event is $35 per person for those who do not wish to have wine included with their dinner. The price for those who wish to have a half glass of wine included with each course of their meal is $55 per person. This price does not include the gratuity.

Reservations are required and can be made by calling 360-648-2224. We do not accept online reservations. The suggested dress code is festive cocktail (less than formal, fancier than casual.)
