In a chilled hurricane glass add one scoop ice. Pour in

Add an umbrella with a cherry and a straw

In a cocktail shaker add one scoop ice and
5.5 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce lime simple syrup
4 ounces Float martini
Pour in a chilled martini glass and top with orange zest.
- 3.Flojito
In a chilled hurricane glass add one scoop ice with
1 ounce mint simple syrup
1 ounce lime simple syrup
1 ounce lime juice
4 ounces Float
4 ounces club soda (fill glass)
Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime. Add a straw.
- 4.Ginger Snap
In a cocktail shaker add ice and
4 ounces ginger simple syrup
4 ounces Float
Pour into a martini glass rimmed with lime juice and nutmeg sugar
Nutmeg Sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 Tablespoon ground nutmeg
- 5.Markham-rita
In a cocktail shaker add one scoop ice to
1 ounce lemon simple syrup
1/2 ounce blood orange bitters
1 ounce lime simple syrup
1 ounce lime juice
4 ounces Float
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass garnished with a slice of lime on the rim.
- 6.Stop, Grope & Roll
In a cocktail shaker with ice add
1 ounce lemon simple syrup
4 ounces wild berry lemonade
4 ounces Float
Pour into a chilled martini glass rimmed in lime juice and Pixy-Stix and sugar rim.
- 7.Tickle Me Tiki
In a chilled hurricane glass add one scoop ice and
5.5 ounces pineapple juice
4 ounces Float
1 ounce grenadine
½ ounce blood orange bitters
Add a cherry on an umbrella and a straw.
- 8.Simple Syrups
2 cups sugar
1 cup water
1 cup lime juice OR 1 cup muddled mint leaves and 1 teaspoon mint extract OR 1-1/2 cups grated fresh ginger OR 1 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon vodka
Bring the water to a boil. Dissolve the sugar into the boiling water, stirring constantly. Once the sugar is dissolved completely, remove the pan from the heat and add juice. (Note: Do not allow the syrup to boil for too long or the syrup will be too thick.)Allow to cool completely and thicken, then bottle. Add vodka to prevent crystallization.
