Once in awhile in the restaurant world that means a favorite menu item
is no longer offered. This can happen for a variety of reasons. In an
effort to help ease our guests' distress over these changes we will be
sharing recipes for items that are no longer
available at the Sea Glass Grill. (We will still keep our active
recipes triple top secret!) Below is our recipe for our Sausage Stuffed
Mushrooms along with the vegetarian option. We developed this delicious
appetizer when we opened the restaurant in 2012
based upon a recipe from the long gone, but truly famous, Ark

Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms
Mix together:
64 oz cream cheese, softened
¼ c parsley
4 pound sausage
1 T Johnny’s seasoning
fresh mushrooms
Sauté in saucepan with ½ c Westport Winery's Bog Berry Blush Cranberry Gewurztraminer. Broil to toast.
Veggie Stuffed Mushrooms
Mix together:
