Never enough thyme...especially in gardening. One of my favorite plants to design with is the low-growing, evergreen, fragrant and easy-care thyme. We have Mother of Thyme, Alba (white), Pink Chintz and Coccineus (red) thyme in the nursery at Westport Winery Garden Resort. These plants are drought tolerant, deer resistant, favored by butterflies, and step-able. We are open daily for brunch, lunch and dinner from 8am to 7pm and to 8pm on Friday and Saturday.
