Sedum spectabile is a winner with its sturdy stems and long bloom time. It attracts butterflies and bees while being deer resistant and drought tolerant.
Sedum spurium 'Red Carpet' boasts dusty green leaves with red edges. Its rosy flowers bloom in August. This low growing evergreen provides color year-round and is excellent in rock gardens.
Sempervivum 'Westerlin' (Hens & Chicks) had large rosettes of red leaves with green tips. Offsets are produced on short shoots, and can be easily snapped off and transplanted.
Sempervivum 'Bacardi' (Hens & Chicks) has green rosettes with dark burgundy tips. These are perfect in containers or as groundcover.
The nursery and the Sea Glass Grill is open daily from 8am to 7pm and until 8pm on Friday and Saturday.
