Our whole family loves our jobs but some days really bring unique skill sets and great enthusiasm. Today we are doing what we call "wine trials" on three of our sparkling wines. On each Dana presents a series of variations and we taste through, comment, and agree upon the best. This is a photo in his lab with Maritime. I can tell you the one on the left was the unanimous victor because it is so delicious it made us swoon. Again, we love our jobs.
