We have Yucca dismetiana 'Blue Boy' and Yucca filamentosa 'Color Guard' in the nursery at Westport WInery. This is an evergreen clumping shrub with variegated sword-like blades featuring fragrant, creamy white flower spikes up to 6-feet in the spring. The hummingbirds love this plant and the deer don't.
